Alternatively, we can manage the process of finding a builder for you through a competitive tender process, which involves submitting the information to several builders, collating prices, responding to queries and instructing and arranging a suitable contract for the project. This can include contract administrations throughout the duration of the project seeing it through to completion alongside you or on your behalf.
